Sir,—Would a spokesman for the retail motor trade please inform me why one garage in my district charges 2d a gallon booking fee, and another charges Id, and when was such a charge authorised, if at all? In Dunedin such a charge has just been authorised. —Yours, etc., MOTORIST. August 13, 1958. [The chairman of the petrol section of the Canterbury Retail Motor Traders’ Association (Mr H.
