Korean Sentenced.—A South Korean Court has sentenced Cho Bong Ahm, president of the outlawed Progressive Party, to five years’ imprisonment for subversive activities. A Moscoweducated former Communist, Cho was the sole challenger to President Rhee for the Presidency in 1956.—5e0u1, July 2.
