Association Elects Officers
Mr W. H. Kirk presided over a good attendance of delegates at the annual meeting of the Canterbury Croquet Association recently. The following officers were elected— President, Mr W. H. Kirk; vicepresidents. Mrs T. B. Grant, Mrs W H. Kirk, and Mr T. A. Searell; sec-retary-treasurer, Mrs S. F. Marshall, handicapper, Mrs K. F. Keliaway; referee. Mrs T. G. Dick; - publicity
officer, Miss E. E. Innes; auditor, Mr F. G. K. Gilchrist.
A presentation was made to Mr H. Netleton in appreciation of his services as a member of the association. for the last 23 years. During that time he has been vice-president and publicity officer and has acted as manager in a number of tournaments.
