Fire In Napier Private Hotel
(New Zealana Press Association) NAPIER, June 23.
Fire which broke out shortly before 3.45 a.m. today burnt out much of the rear lower storey of the Marine Parade Private Hotel, Napier. The fire was discovered by a police patrol car, whose occupants woke the proprietor and his wife, Mr and Mrs R. C. Dudding. The 12 guests in the hotel were able to leave the building without difficulty. The hotel and most of the contents were insured.
