DEATH PENALTY IN FRANCE
(Rec, 9 p.m.l PARIS. June 23 A movement for the abolition of capital punishment has been formed in Paris, with Mr Jean Cocteau, the author, Maitre Maurice Garcon, a prominent Sawyer, and Mr Jean Rostand, a biologist, as leading members.
