BIRTH OF ROYAL TWINS
(Rec. 10 p;m.) PARIS, June 22. Princess Maria Pia, wife of Prince Alexander of Jugoslavia, and daughter of the former King Umberto of Italy, gave birth to twin boys in a Paris nursing home at the week-end. Prince Alexander is known in Paris as _‘>Mr Alexander—the prince who earns his own living.” He has been a washing machine salesman, mining executive and airline pilot.
