Sub-Association Tourney
Representative teams from the Canterbury Basketball Sub-associations on Saturday competed for the Forscutt Cup, which was won by Lincoln. Results were:— First Round.—Lincoln 10, North Canterbury 7; Hurunui 16, Ellesmere 7. Second Round.—Lincoln 7. Hurunui 7; Ellesmere 9, Banks Peninsula 7. Third Round.—North Canterbury 14, Ellesmere b; Hurunui 16, Banks Peninsula 10. Fourth Round.—Lincoln 14, Ellesmere 4; Banks Peninsula 7, North Canterbury 5.
