Interference Charge
E. G. Low, rider of Keep Time, was cautioned by the judicial committee after the Maronan Handicap at Ashburton on Saturday.
Low was charged with causing interference to Bobbie Burns about a furlong and a half from the post. He admitted the interference, his explanation being that Eobbie Burns moved out from the rails when he ranged alongside, and Keep Time dived in under the whip.
