The prominent Christchurch woman golfer, Miss A. Murwas one of the few competitors who broke' 80 in the recent Tasman, Cup women’s golf trial, held at Napier. Her fourth round of 78 was offset by inconsistency, which produced rounds of 80 and 86. Her score was: 86,* 90, 84, 78—340. This, earned her eighth place in the trial.
