THE Timaru City Council »invites Tenders for the construction of two 25 million gallon storage reservoirs, the laying of approximately 17,000 feet of water main, ranging in diameter from 16 inches to 24 inches, and ancillary works. The construction of the above works will require approximately 150,000 cubic yards of earth works and 6500 cubic yards of concrete work. An alternative tender for pneumatically applied mortar is invited for a portion of the works.
