Fresh Violence In Limassol
(Rec. 11 p.m.) NICOSIA, June 20. Hopes that the new British plan for Cyprus would bring an end to violence were shattered today—with a hail of bullets. An unknown gunman critically wounded a Turkish-Cypriot chicken dealer in Limassol market this morning. A few minutes later a GreekCypriot shoemaker passing near the Turkish quarter was stoned and slightly injured.
