(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 6. The Central Waikato Electric Power Board again “ran out of electricity” at 10 o’clock tonight and blackouts were ordered until 1 o’clock tomorrow morning. Central Waikato 1? one of six boards which were placed on a daily quota this week because allocations last week were exceeded. The board had to order blackouts kt 10.10 p.m. yesterday when it also exceeded its daily quota.
