DRUNKENNESS On a charge of being found drunk in Worcester street on March 31, his second offence within six months, 1 nomas Francis Commons, aged 44, a fitter and turner, was convicted and fined £2 in default three days' imprisonment FINED FOR ASSAULT Anthony Barnett, aged 22, a freezing worker, who pleaded guilty to a charge of assaulting John James Beattie on March 31 was fined £lO.
