PENALTY FOR BAD BEHAVIOUR
Horses refusing to enter their stall in the Wood starting gate at Riccarton on Monday will be allowed to start from the outside of the field, but will not be permitted to run on the later days of the Canterbury Jockey Club’s autumn meeting. The committee of the Canterbury Jockey Club decided this at its monthly meeting yesterday.
