Pigeon Racing.— Bad weather spoilt a championship race organised by the East Christchurch Pigeon Racing Club. Only three birds homed in race-time. H. Courtier won the nominated bird prize, and the championship cup. For race two no birds homed m race-time. Race three: E Courtier’s bird was the only one to home in time. Its time from Palmerston North was 15hrs 59min 38sec.
