Child Found Dead In Paddock
(New Zealand Press Association) BLENHEIM, March 20 A girl aged five was found dead in a paddock near her parents' home at Kekerangu yesterday afternoon. It is believed that she died as a result of a kick from a horse She was: Lynette Ann Piekering. daughter of Mr and Mrs Charles Pickering. The child was discovered, lying on the ground, with severe head injuries, near where a horse was grazing.
