Notice is hereby given under Section 52 (1) and (2) of the Licensing Amendment Act, 1948, that the Licensing Control Commission of New Zealand has authorised the issue of a new publican’s licence as set out in the Schedule below, and that the Walmate Licensing Committee invites «nd will consider applications for such licence. Each application shall be made in accordance with the Licensing Act, 1906, the Licensing Amendment Act, 1948, and the Licensing Regulations, 1949, and shall be lodged with the Clerk of the Walmate Licensing Committee at the Magistrate’s Court. Each application shall be accompanied. by a .statement in writing, specifying particulars of the site, and of the premises or proposed premises, in respect of which the application is made, and of the estate or Interest of the applicant therein, together with detailed scale plans of the site and of the whole of the premises or proposed premises. In their own interests, applicants should lodge.** least three copies of documents and. plans, and lodge further copies if these are required. Further information, details of which can be ascertained from my office, is required for transmission to the Licensing Control Commission.
