Decision By Wellington City Council

(New Zealand Press Association) - WELLINGTON, March 20. The fluoridation of Wellington’s water supply at a cost of about £24,500 was approved last night by the City Council. The cost is to be met from a waterworks loan. It may be two years before fluoridation can be undertaken. Several speakers suggested that fluoridation should be done on a national basis and, if not, some contribution should be made by the Government.
