Halswell Building Permits
The Halswell County Council's building permit report, presented tj a meeting of the council yesterday, showed a total value of £54,507 for the month. In this total were 23 permits for new dwellings. t Members said they were sure that the county was again building up a formidable building programme, one which had not been reached since the county lost Hoon Hay from its area some years Most Of the prices shown for new dwellings were 4n the £2300 bracket, and done exceeded £2730.
