CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD SEWAGE PURIFICATION WORKS APPOINTMENT OF PROJECT STAFF Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the following positions on the Board’s staff, to be associated with the construction of the Board’s Proposed Sewage Purification Works (£1,150,000 loan). The appointments are for a period of approximately 2J-3 years. (a) RESIDENT ENGINEER: Salary £l6OO to £1750 per annum according to experience. (b) ASSISTANT ENGINEER (DESIGN): Salary £1550 per annum rising by two annual increments of £5O, to £1650 per annum. (c) CLERK OF WORKS (REGISTERED) with experience in all branches of the building trade. Salary £l4OO per annum. The Board will pay the removal expenses of the successful applicants for the Resident Engineer and Assistant Engineer, to enable them to take up their appointments in Christchurch.
