LEFT: The “Atomium”—a representation of a section of a metal crystal. Each ball is 60ft in diameter, and the whole structure is 300 ft high and weighs 2500 tons. One of the balls will hold a restaurant. RIGHT: Two neon-lighted stars stand in front of the impressive pavilion which houses the exhibit from the Vatican.
