China
Sir,—‘‘Buzz-Buzz” forgets that the imperalist Western Powers were looting China hundreds of years before the Communist revolution. To amass profits they forced the Chinese into slavery and then had a war to force them to eat opium. However, the Chinese got tired of this, had a revolution, and threw the expropriators out on their necks. Now these expropriators, “The Free World, Unlimited,” are manocuvering under the slogan, “If we cannot loot you, we will keep on booting you.” It is time this nonsense was dispensed with and normal trade relations with Communist China established.—Yours, etc., RALPH S. WHEELER. Timaru, March 8, 1958. [“P.J.A.” may briefly reply, closing this correspondence.—Ed., “Tlx Press.”]
