Foreign Ministers assembling for a SouthEast Asia Treaty Organisation meeting brushed aside today a new Soviet attack on their anti-Communist alliance, the American Associated Press reported from Manila. The Soviet Union assailed 5.E.A.10. in a broadcast last night—duplicating tactics employed just before the N.A.T.O. meeting in Paris last December. The Soviet statement called S.E.A.T.O. a tool of Western colonialism, and told members that they would lay themselves open to nuclear destruction if they permitted nuclear weapon and missile bases on their soil
