DRIVER KILLED Cars Collide In Addington
A man was killed when the car he was driving was involved in a collision with another car in Hazeldean road near the Selwyn street intersection shortly after 11 p.m. on Saturday. He was: John Ramsay, aged 37 years, of 108 Hazeldean road. The driver of the other car, Assen Pileff, of 101 St. Martins road, suffered shock, and was taken by a St. John ambulance to the Christchurch Public Hospital, where he was admitted at 11.20 p.m. Late last evening his condition was reported to be satisfactory.
