Drowned Boy’s Body Recovered
(New Zealand Press Association) INVERCARGILL, March 9. The body of a 15-year-old boy who was drowned while swimming near the mouth of the Waiau river on Friday was recovered at 9.15 a.m. yesterday. He was: Jack Pahl, of Papatotara. It is believed the boy fell into a 9ft hole covered by tidal water.
