Three Ships To Arrive About 160 immigrants are to settle in Christchurch during the next month. More will arrive in Christchurch and continue south. The immigrants are British, Dutch, and four Germans. “Jobs have been found for all of . them,” said the immigration officer for Christchurch. He said that there was no trouble in finding positions for the men as they were all tradesmen. The Sibajak will carry 68 migrants for Christchurch, the Captain Hobson 46, and the Captain Cook 43.
