London Wool Sales (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 7. The New Zealand Wool Board and the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board received cabled advice from the Lopdon agency of the New Zealand Wool Commission that at the London auction sales held from February 17 to 28, a total of 5450 bales of slipe wool was offered. Compared with the closing rates of the series of sales from January 15 to 29, lambs’ full wools were 21 per cent, cheaper, milk lambs 10 per cent, cheaper, sheep slipes full wools 21 per cent, to 5 per cent, cheaper, clothing 10 per cent, cheaper.
