Notifiable Diseases
Thirty-one cases of food poisoning are listed in the weekly return of notifiable diseases supplied by the Health Department for the Christchurch-Grey-mouth Health District for the week ended February 15. There were two cases of tuberculosis in Christchurch, and three in Greymouth, and five and three cases of infective hepatitis in the two areas, respectively. One case of pemphigus neonatorum and two cases of puerperal sepsis, all in Christchurch, complete the list.
