Mrs Helen Hayward, of Christ- ; church, has received advice that ; she has been awarded a fellow- : ship of Trinity College ,of Music, ; London, in solo singing. Mrs Hayward has a lyric soprano voice and received her early training lin Wellington. She has lately studied with Miss Grace Wilkin- , son. Mrs Hayward has sung for the New Zealand Broadcasting (Service on several occasions and hopes to engage in some concert work this year. Mrs Hayward, who lives in Merivale, is married and has a family of four young children.
