(New Zealand Press Association) WAIROA, February 16. The favourites had a poor day at the Wairoa Racing Club’s meeting on Saturday, when Raydeen and Paper Song won the respective double races. Their dividend for £1 was £l9l 4s 6d. The track was firm and fast, and the attendance good. The totalisator handled £35,075 10s, compared with £28,389 10s last year, an increase of £6686.
