LIBRARY OFFICERS ELECTED
The number of new books placed on the shelves of the Addjngtpn Public Library during 1957 was 655, of were non-fiction, it was reported at the thirty-ninth annual meeting of the library. Appreciation of the work dohe by the president, Mr H. D. Watson, who had died during the year, was expressed by the meeting. Officers were elected as follows:

Young, J. Morris E. Mather, R. Brown, T. King, E. Stewart, L. Hobbs, R. Flintoff.
