Rejoining The Fleet
H.M.S. Cardigan Bay, the Royal Navy frigate, which has been in New Zealand assisting with sea training since November 12, sailed yesterday from Auckland to rejoin the Far East Fleet. The Cardigan Bay was one of several British ships assigned to New Zealand during the absence of Royal New Zealand Navy frigates on H-bomb tests in the Pacific.— (P.A.)
