COUCH FOR SLIMMING
Middle Section Rocks Women in the United States who want to lose weight, yet are too lazy to exercise and too weak to keep to a diet, have found their answer in the “magic couch.” This new device is a comfortable couch with a motor-controlled middle section. When the motor is turned on it rocks the superfluous flesh away, according to the manufacturers. In a high pressure advertising campaign, the makers are claimin. that millions of women have already been “put back into shape” by the couch. It is designed to remove weight from ankles, thighs, hips and abdomen. It is also said to tone up muscles and promote a good carriage.
To make certain that the customer, who pays about £lOO for the couch, will be quite satisfied and to safeguard themselves, the manufacturers supply a free calory chart with the couch.
