Mr Colin McCahon. the keeper lof the Auckland City Art Gallery, and formerly of Christjchurch. has been awarded a grant by the Carnegie Trust. | Mr McCahon will visit the United States for three months. (He will visit the great art museums at San Francisco, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland. Cincinnati. Washington, New York and Boston. I His itinerary has been arranged by Dr. Grace Morley, director of the San Francisco Art MuseuVn, who visited New Zealand in 1956.
