OLYMPIC STADIUM.-Rome’s new Olympic Stadium, which will be the venue of the athletics events and the Association football matches of the 1960 Games. The stadium was started in 1938, suspended during the war, and finally completed in 1953. It will be capable of accommodating more than 100,000.
