S.I. Sawing Title.—W. Donnelly and E» Hogg took the first South Island championship bushcraft contest on the Southland sports circuit—the 18inch double-handed sawing event—at the Riverton. Athletic Society’s annual sports on Saturday. It was their sixth South Island championship.— (P.A.)
