Queensland’s First Innings Lead

Queensland shattered South Australia s/hopes of an easy first innings victory in the Sheffield Shield match at Adelaide yesterday when, at stumps, they were eight for 452 in reply to South Australia’s first innings total pf 406. Only one day’s play remains. McLaughlin, with 136, and R. Reynolds, who scored 203 not out, paved the way for Queensland’s recovery.
