Uranium Found In Jugoslavia
(Rec. 8.30 p.m.) BELGRADE, December 26.

Work to establish reserves of the ore and methods of exploitation was to be speeded up, he said. He told the Government Nuclear Energy Commission that Jugoslavia was not interested in constructing nuclear power stations because of her abundant hydro-electric resources. There were favourable prospects, however, for the use of nuclear energy to propel ships.
