Palace Press Conference
(Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 20. The Duke of Edinburgh had decided to hold his first Buckingham Palace press conference, probably next February, the “Daily Herald” said today. He had overridden solid Palace opposition. His experiences with Canadian and American reporters on his recent tour with the Queen had influenced him, said the newspaper.
