PRIVATE BILL ON DEER HUNTING
(Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 19. A bill to prohibit the hunting of deer with hounds was likely to be the most controversial of the 20 private members’ bills to be presented for their first reading in the House of Commons tomorrow "The Times” said ioday It would be introduced by a Labour member, Sir Frederick Messer. Of the other private bills one would seek to curb the activities of teddy boys and other violent hooligans, and another to implement the recommendations of a Royal Commission on divorce concerning the children of divorced parents, "Theo Times" said.
