HEADMISTRESS AT CRAIGHEAD

Miss N. Lough Appointed

The Bishop of Christchurch (the Rt. Rev. A. K. Warren) has announced that Miss Natalie Lough has been appointed headmistress of the Craighead Diocesan School for Girls, Timaru.

Miss Lough is at present first assistant at Rangi-ruru School. Christchurch. Several times in

the absence of the headmistress (Mrs M. Patrick), she has taken charge of the school. She was also a pupil at Rangi-ruru for many years.

An able teacher, who covered a wide variety of subjects, she had been for many years a resident mistress and was well acquainted with the life and discipline of a boarding school, the Bishop said. Miss Lough will take up her appointment at the beginning of the first term next year.
