Penalty For Tulloch

The penalty was announced today by the I Victorian Racing Club handicapper. | Charles Davis. It increases Tulloch’s I cup weight to R-4. 121 b above weight- ' for-age. Davis has thus rated Tulloch one 'of the best three-year-olds ever to ■ race in Australia. Only ore other i horse nf his age has carried more weight tn the Melbourne Cup Aurum.
