World Communion Sunday
World Communion Sunday will be celebrated this Sunday. In Christchurch, as in towns and cities throughout the world, special communion services will be held by churches. At 3 p.m. a service will be held in the Salvation Army Citadel. The Rev. Stuart C. Francis, of St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, who recently returned from overseas, will be the preacher at this service, which has been arranged by the regional youth committee of the National Council of Churches.
