All-Day Practices Of Pipe Band

WELLINGTON, Oct. 1 The Napier Ladies’ Pipe Band practise for seven hours on Nelson Park each Sunday. As a result Sunday was dreaded by residents nearby, said Mr V. N. Hawke and seven other householders of Macdonald street in a tetter of protest to the Napier t-tty Council. Last week the band played on mur week days as well, they added.
