N.Z. Bookings For Cardiff Games
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, October 1.
Though Union Steam Ship Company officials are unable to state the number of applications on hand for bookings for the Empire Games in Cardiff next July, they said today that bookings had been coming in for the last four or five months.
“Hold applications till January” is the advice given to travel bureaux by the Cardiff organising committee. Inquiries for bookings at other travel agencies have been practically nil, it was stated today.
