A report in ‘The Press” yesterday of a reserved judgment byMr Justice Stanton on a damages; claim for fraud by Douglas James' Lloyd and Thelma Protheroe Lloyd against Leonard McCarthy Bailey, attributed counsel to the; wrong parties. Mr H. S. Thomas, I with him Mr S. H. Wood, appeared! for the plaintiffs in the action and [ Mr R. A. Young, with him Mr C. I M. Roper, for the defendants. |
