Protections (moisturisers) appear both in cream and liquid form. They are basically emulsions—suspensions of oil combined with skin fresheners. The skin freshner provides moisture and the oil lubricates. Night Creams and Oils.—These are emollients —conditioners made to soften the outside cornebus layer of skin. Consisting of a blend of animal and vegetable oils incorporated with vitamins and oestrogenic hormones, they are essential to the woman over 25. Masks.—These are generally deep cleansers (some reach as far as 7 layers of skin) and circulation stimulants. Eye Creams are most important emollients as the skin around the eyes is thinner and more sensitive than anywhere else and therefore .subject to greater damage and earlier ageing. Hand creams and body lotions can work wonders to produce lovely soft skin.
AU these are external applications designed to help retain youth and vigour. Combined with adequate intake of nutrition you can be assured of a natural healthy beauty than can never be referred to as being “skin deep.”
