BAPTIST CHURCH, which was opened and dedicated yesterday afternoon by the President of the Baptist Union of New Zeland (Mr A. R. Jordan). This photograph was taken before the congregation entered the building for the service of dedication. Constructed of red brick and with a low-pitched roof, the church is at the corner of Sawyers Arms road and the Morrison avenue extension.
