PRODUCTION MANAGER PRODUCTION MANAGER MODERN HOUSE AVAILABLE FOR THREE YEARS AT REASONABLE RENTAL A sound, well known and very progressive food manufacturing company, requires an energetic man of first class calibre to take charge of its factory production. Some sound basic training is necessary. Such man must have the ablity to seek for and take advantage of all opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity. Experience must include:— (1) The supervison and employment of staff' in a manufacturing industry—such staff preferably to have included both men and women. (2) The scheduling of production. (3) Time and motion study. Experience in a food factory or in methods engineering is an advantage but is not essential. A sound general knowledge of machinery is necessary. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must hold, be studying for or be prepared to study for a recognised Diploma in Industrial Management. AGE: Unless the circumstances are exceptional, a man over 38 years of age will not be considerd. COMMENCING SALARY will be commensurate with ability and experience and will be between £l2OO and £l5OO. Further salary increases will depend on results and competence.
