Some sound basic training is necessary. Such man must have the ablity to seek for and take advantage of all opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity. Experience must include:— (1) The supervison and employment of staff' in a manufacturing industry—such staff preferably to have included both men and women. (2) The scheduling of production.
