New York’s Welcome To Queen

Queen Elizabeth will be given a traditional New York welcome, complete with ticker-tape parade, when she visits the city on October 21, it was announced today. In Ottawa, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation announced that events.: during the Queen's visit to Ottawa on October 12 to 16 would be carried on its radio networks, and * all but two on television. The exceptions on television are a service at Christ
Church Cathedral on Sunday, October 13, and a speech by Prince Philip on Tuesday, October I 15, to be carried only on radio.
